Experienced Prison Architects, Engineers and Construction Manager required – Construction Firm involved in multiple Prison Construction Projects seeks highly qualified Mangers for Construction of large, detailed Prisons.
• Minimum of 10 years experience, in prison design and/or construction management. Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture, Engineering or closely related field preferred.
• Must have hands-on institutional project experience; pertaining to recent construction of prisons, detention centers or correctional facilities.
• Must be skilled and experienced in design, planning, estimating, specifications, construction documents, contracts, proposals, bids, submittals, construction administration, project scopes, client interaction, consultant coordination, etc.
• Ideal professional will be capable of managing and overseeing projects from concept to completion.

When a natural disaster or other emergency occurs, DRC taps into its small business and other suppliers, and immediately locates the resources needed to support the contract action. We are often able to utilize the maximum number of minority, disadvantaged, women owned and/or small business firms in the local area to fulfill the contract performance requirements while meeting the subcontracting program requirements.

- Completion of a subcontracting agreement specifying the scope of work, terms and conditions, pricing, liability requirements and any hold harmless agreements
